Privacy Policy

Docsift ("we") processes documents you send us only to provide the service to your account.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), documents and emails you send to Docsift, the data extracted from them, and basic usage logs.

How we use it

To extract data, deliver it to the destinations you configure, bill you, and support you. We never sell your data and never use your documents to train AI models.

Sub-processors

Cloud hosting, OCR/AI model providers acting under data-processing agreements, and payment and email delivery providers.

Live demo uploads

Files dropped into the demo on our homepage are sent to our AI provider to extract data and are not stored by Docsift. Demo use is limited per visitor and per day.

Retention

Documents are deleted automatically after the retention period you choose. You can delete your data at any time.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing hello@docsift.com.
