What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 page of a PDF or image, or 1 email body. A 3-page invoice uses 3 credits. Credits are only used when a document parses successfully.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Nothing is lost. New documents wait "on hold" until you buy a top-up pack or upgrade, then they process right away. We email you at 80% and 100%.
Do I need a credit card? Can I cancel anytime?
No card is needed for the Free plan or the 14-day trial. Paid plans are month-to-month or yearly with no lock-in — upgrade, downgrade or cancel in one click.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits roll over for one month, so a quiet month doesn't cost you. Top-up credits last 12 months.
What can I do on the Free plan?
Test the full AI on real documents: 10 credits a month, 1 inbox, CSV and Excel download, and files kept for 7 days. Google Sheets, Zapier, the API, AI assistants and team features are on paid plans.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
